Key Responsibilities
The intern will provide comprehensive support across multiple marketing functions, working closely with the experiential partnerships team and various marketing coordinators. Primary duties include:
- Managing administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, note-taking, and report preparation
- Supporting marketing campaign development and promotional activities
- Assisting with product launch initiatives and partnership collaborations
- Coordinating event planning, logistics, venue research, and vendor management
- Handling event registration systems, RSVP tracking, and guest list management
- Managing PR package preparation and distribution to media contacts, influencers, and partners
- Supporting photoshoot logistics including equipment rentals, prop coordination, and wardrobe management
- Contributing to content creation and social media scheduling across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Monitoring social engagement and assisting with community management activities
- Conducting research on industry trends, hashtags, competitors, and content opportunities
Candidate Requirements
The ideal applicant should possess at least one to two completed college internship experiences and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. The role demands a creative mindset with strong appreciation for brand aesthetics and design principles.
